My package was marked as 'out for delivery,' yet no one approached my door, which I can verify with security footage. Suddenly, the tracking changed to 'successfully returned to overseas warehouse,' with no explanation or notification. When I sought help, I received generic responses telling me to contact the logistics provider, yet no one had any information. It was a complete runaround. The representatives ended our conversations without genuinely assisting me, denying my refund request, and hiding behind policies instead of addressing the issues they created. After this ordeal, they had the audacity to offer a meager 5% discount, despite my usual 12% discount. This felt like an insult and showed how little they value their customers. This experience felt like a scam from start to finish: no package, no accountability, no support, and no refund. Just stress and wasted time. I advise everyone to avoid this seller. I will never use their services again.
