This is my second order. My first order arrived in 11 days without any problems. For this order, shipped on December 14th, 2025, the package still hasn’t arrived as of January 12th, 2026. The tracking number provided only indicates “Info Received”, suggesting the parcel was never given to the carrier. Customer support confirmed they cannot verify when or if the package was collected, yet they refuse to file a formal complaint or initiate a buyer protection ticket. Instead, they keep asking me to “wait patiently” without offering proof of shipment or a delivery timeframe. Their app states “customs clearance completed in Belgium”, but without any official tracking from the carrier, this cannot be confirmed and seems to be an internal update only. After waiting more than 30 days, this situation is unacceptable. Very disappointing after-sales service.
I won't be returning! The product price is listed without including shipping costs. After purchasing, it arrives at the warehouse, and you have to pay additional shipping fees! Ultimately, the shipping ended up costing more than the product itself! I cannot recommend this approach to business at all! Never again!

If you know how to navigate the site, you can find decent deals on your purchases, but this isn't easily accessible for the average shopper.
The quality of the clothing can be very good, but the shipping prices are outrageous. You might end up paying almost twice as much for shipping as for the item itself. For example, a $20 item can have a $38 shipping fee, which is just absurd.
I am quite surprised with my recent purchase of a designer belt and hat. The belt was only 1.67€ and the hat cost 3.75€. The only downside was the shipping, which was a bit expensive at 22€, but I managed to reduce it to 18.88€ with a discount code. I recommend it.

My package was marked as 'out for delivery,' yet no one approached my door, which I can verify with security footage. Suddenly, the tracking changed to 'successfully returned to overseas warehouse,' with no explanation or notification. When I sought help, I received generic responses telling me to contact the logistics provider, yet no one had any information. It was a complete runaround. The representatives ended our conversations without genuinely assisting me, denying my refund request, and hiding behind policies instead of addressing the issues they created. After this ordeal, they had the audacity to offer a meager 5% discount, despite my usual 12% discount. This felt like an insult and showed how little they value their customers. This experience felt like a scam from start to finish: no package, no accountability, no support, and no refund. Just stress and wasted time. I advise everyone to avoid this seller. I will never use their services again.
