This is my second order. My first order arrived in 11 days without any problems. For this order, shipped on December 14th, 2025, the package still hasn’t arrived as of January 12th, 2026. The tracking number provided only indicates “Info Received”, suggesting the parcel was never given to the carrier. Customer support confirmed they cannot verify when or if the package was collected, yet they refuse to file a formal complaint or initiate a buyer protection ticket. Instead, they keep asking me to “wait patiently” without offering proof of shipment or a delivery timeframe. Their app states “customs clearance completed in Belgium”, but without any official tracking from the carrier, this cannot be confirmed and seems to be an internal update only. After waiting more than 30 days, this situation is unacceptable. Very disappointing after-sales service.
