I had $112.93 in my CNFans wallet. When I tried to withdraw my full balance, the system only allowed me to withdraw 658.63 CNY (around $86).
However, after confirming the withdrawal, my FULL balance of $112.93 was deducted from my account, and I only received about $86.
This means approximately $26 is missing.
Customer support keeps repeating that “658.63 CNY equals $86” and completely ignores my actual question:
Why was my full balance deducted if I was only allowed to withdraw a smaller amount?
There is no clear explanation of fees, no breakdown, and no transparency. This looks like a serious issue with their system or hidden deductions.
I am still waiting for either:
- the remaining balance to be returned, or
- a clear explanation of where the missing money went
Be very careful when using this platform. Based on my experience, funds can be deducted without proper explanation.
