Unacceptable customer service experience. I visited the local branch recently and waited for 10 minutes while a staff member assisted another customer with a loan. There was another employee at the bank who never looked up from their computer. It was clear I would remain unacknowledged for a long time due to the loan process, so I left. A $200 overdraft requires an appointment, and the fee for replacing a card is charged automatically, regardless of fault. I can't wait to switch banks. I strongly advise against using them!
