Yeah had a lot of hope for the co op bank as they are a nz bank and sound like a very promising bank. Until I applied for refinance with them and got turned down the small lump sum. Funny how banks don't want to help the younger generation get ahead even if they hold equity and enough funds to support the morgage/loan.Thanks anyway
