After 25 years with this bank, they removed my overdraft facility in the first week of January, after I had missed a payment due to being in hospital unexpectedly for radical surgery. There was no human touch or consideration beyond could they get away with their behaviour in the legislation. So I left the bank at my first opportunity. Any calls to the bank take 35mins to answer.
