I had to do my annual licence check. I sent the DVLA code by email as requested. It was in the evening. I was delighted to get confirmation email from Jordan in support the same evening. Great service. I've been using the club for many years with no problems. I have phoned a couple of times about the electric charging point (not their fault) and very pleased with response.
