I have cancelled my membership today after a series of poor experiences and a shocking interaction with customer support. While the concept of the service is appealing, the execution is lacking. In my last three bookings, I consistently received cars that were dirty and damaged. The main reason for my departure is the attitude of the support team. I reported a serious issue with a vehicle where the gear selector was physically jammed, creating a genuine safety hazard. When I raised concerns about maintenance, the 'Senior Team' offered a meager credit. The agent's condescending response when I explained the safety implications was unacceptable. The service expects premium prices while providing dirty vehicles and dismissive responses. Steer clear.

When I raised concerns about maintenance, the 'Senior Team' offered a meager credit. Worse, when I explained the safety implications, the agent responded in a condescending manner, stating that the vehicle wouldn't switch gears. I understand how an automatic car functions, and being patronized while reporting a legitimate safety concern is unacceptable. The service expects premium prices while providing dirty vehicles and dismissive responses. Steer clear.
I signed up for the service just before my girlfriend’s birthday and faced an issue with verification. With plans set, I was anxious about possibly canceling. The customer service representative was fantastic. She expedited my verification and kept me informed throughout the process. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a relief thanks to her assistance. Because of her help, everything went smoothly, and I plan to use this service exclusively from now on. Genuine customer service like this is rare.
I used the service for several months and found it very easy to set up and book vehicles. I had to contact support once when a car wouldn't start, and they quickly found a nearby replacement. Another time, I needed to change my subscription, and they were very prompt in addressing my request.
Consider choosing another option. I wasted time trying to set up my driver profile. The app is frustrating; once pictures are rejected, you can't upload new ones. After numerous emails, I still couldn't get set up. I can't understand how this service operates. I would give zero stars if possible. Avoid at all costs.
