I cannot recommend this coach hire to anyone. I arranged for a coach to pick up an elderly group for a trip to a city. The coach arrived 40 minutes late, causing the group to miss a river cruise. Fortunately, the cruise waited for us, but it was cut short. I would not suggest this service to anyone... Very disappointed.
