I cannot recommend this coach hire to anyone. I arranged for a coach to transport an elderly group for a trip to Melbourne, but it arrived 40 minutes late, causing us to miss part of our river cruise. Thankfully, the cruise held on for us, but it was still cut short. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with this service.

Fortunately, the cruise waited for us, but it was cut short. I would not suggest this service to anyone... Very disappointed.
The issue was with rescheduling our route. This took 5 phone calls and multiple emails. When I spoke with the representative handling our booking, he was extremely rude, displaying a disgusting tone. He talked over me and was dismissive. Your team should be ashamed.
We hired this service for our wedding shuttle from the ceremony to the reception. It was a short trip of 5 minutes and around 3 km. They not only failed to arrive on time but were an hour late, and the driver had difficulty understanding directions when she finally arrived. Now this service is disputing the driver's lateness, which caused our wedding to run 30 minutes behind and led to unnecessary stress.
The service outsources to various depots. We had a rocky start when the depot that accepted our job canceled. The job, being a one-way return from a wedding late at night, was not ideal, but the team made 19 calls to find a willing company. Despite my nerves, everything went smoothly. The driver was great and the bus was comfortable. Communication was as expected.
