Booked a bus through coachhire for a festival that was cancelled due to the extreme flooding in NSW. I was refused a refund of my deposit which was $500 even though I was entitled to a full refund under their terms and conditions. I had also given over 30 days notice of this happening before the event would take place!Do not trust this company! they will rob you. Terrible customer service.
