Then when sent through the itinerary and directions for the driver I was asked to pay another $100 for extra drop - no extra drops as drops weren't even mentioned in original booking. I paid it as it was a birthday gift for a friend, then the bus driver was on time in a huge bus, coach when I only wanted a 24 seater..... that was a shock. The driver also refused to drop passengers at the last drop even though the instructions were clear and a map was included. They included one site as two drops by mistake. It was a painful experience, never again.
