We booked a 25-33 seater coach with seatbelts for childrens carseats for our sons wedding party from Bacchus Marsh to Spring street and return later that day, We did not receive the coach we paid for, we received a low-floor bus which holds 70 plus passengers coverd in graffiti inside and outside which did not have seat belts forcing some of our guests to drive into the city with their children at short notice.When I contacted the company I was told that a full enquiry would be held into my complaint, they came back and offered me a $150 goodwill payment which I declined as we were very very dissapointed that our friends and overseas guests had to travel on a bus in that condition. Given that we paid over $1000 I can only suggest that they use the $150 to clean off the graffiti!!
