If you want to be lied to and receive horrible service then this is the perfect hire site! The booking for 14:15 was for transfer of the bride and her bridal party to the ceremony for a 15:30 wedding. The bus however did not arrive to collect our guests till after 16:00, causing the ceremony to not start till after 16:45Making us have to pay extra for venue hire, music and drinks for guests. We are very disappointed with the communication by your driver and the company he works for. We attempted multiple times to speak to driver with no answer. We eventually got a bus there but it was a 15 seater not a 20 as per our order, forcing guests to hire a taxi at a major cost.Coach hire have refused to refund any of the money paid and have been ignoring my emails. They offered a voucher for a fraction of the amount paid to them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SITE
