I immediately contacted customer service to ask for a tracking number or an update, as I hadn’t received an order confirmation. Within half a day, I already received a response telling me to be patient, along with an update confirming that my order had in fact been received.I received the bag within just two days after placing the order super fast! It was delivered in perfect condition, everything was neatly packed, and it came with a Coach dust bag. I’m extremely happy with my Mini Rowan bag and will definitely be ordering again from the Coach Outlet (Austria).
