They claimed it was an empty package scam after more than 50 days had passed.I bought a bag from Coach. It showed up damaged with crushed corners and scratched leather. They had shipped it in a cheap paper bag instead of using a proper box.I sent it back the very same day with their prepaid FedEx return label. The tracking information clearly showed it got delivered to their warehouse on October 24. Someone signed for it there. The weight came in at 1.4 pounds.That was over 50 days ago. I still have not seen any refund. Their support team keeps saying the same thing. Even the team leader Jennifer Simpson repeats that the package arrived empty. They tell me to contact FedEx every time. FedEx explained that only Coach can file a claim since it was their label and account.Coach never sent any photos or real proof. They just keep sending those copy-paste responses over and over. I have spent thousands of dollars with this brand across the years. This whole thing feels straight-up unacceptable. It even seems deceptive in a way.I lost all trust in how Coach handles returns now.
