Review Time
The initial booking process etc was good with no issues. Unfortunately the after service has been poor. On returning from our holiday I raised some serious cleanliness issues with the property we stayed in, which were evidenced by numerous photos of the poor cleaning standards. I received a response stating the property manager would look into it with the owner and would come back to me. After 1 week I chased, to be told the same thing, the property manager was looking into it with the owner.
Now, nearly 3 weeks later I still have not received a satisfactory response or resolution to the issues I raised.
Very easy to use booking site which has plenty of informative information and photographs . Checking availability was simple and the website is user friendly , quick to navigate and it has a very clear attractive look. We can’t wait to see our accommodation in person .
The booking system was easy to follow.The information about the property and area were very comprehensive. Photos were lovely. Prompt response to booking. The 7 nights for the price of 4 was confusing. It looked like all weeks were included but then that didn't seem to be the case and I couldn't work out which were.
