I ordered an E9 Pro, my first purchase from them. It arrived and looked perfect, but when I sent it to my hosting center, it only was hashing at 1/2 it's value. At no fault of their own, they took it back, sent it to bitmain to get diagnosed, and got me a new one sent back. It took a long time, but it was not CC's fault, and I am appreciative of their help along the way! BTW, the new one is up and hashing fully :)
