My secondary property recently underwent a comprehensive survey with Coastal Prime Surveyors. I have used the company on a previous occasion to have my loft insulation renewed which I am delighted with especially the savings on my energy bills. I was aware that there had been for some time damp issues with the external walls of the property. I contacted the company & booked an appointment for the surveyor to attend & carry out the survey. The ongoing issues were explained & the various solutions available. After careful consideration I decided to have the work carried out. Thank you to all involved.
This company came to my elderly parents house and told them they had black mold in the loft and needed to charge them £2860 to remove it. I was suspicious so I contacted a local firm who deal with this issue and went into my parents loft which was dry and didn't smell musty or damp at all and I could see no evidence of mold I took pictures of it and sent it to the other company and they stated they could see no evidence of mold. if there was mold they would have charged less then £1000 to treat it so they in my opinion have tried to fleece nearly £3000 of my elderly parents. use them at your own peril
My mother had insulation installed six months ago. As promised, the company sent a surveyor to check the insulation's condition. I'm happy to report that the insulation is performing well, and her energy bills have significantly decreased. Highly recommend the service for anyone looking to save energy.
I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided, from the surveyor's visit to the insulation work completion. All staff were professional and friendly, and everything was explained in detail before and after the job. The process was seamless, and I wish I had done this sooner.
The loft space was large, and the surveyor checked for dampness while showing me photos. A lot of foam had to be removed, extending the job over a weekend. The workers were diligent and left everything immaculate. I was impressed with the quality of the insulation. I waited for colder weather to confirm the difference, and I'm delighted to report a noticeable improvement in temperature. Highly recommend the team.
