My elderly mother received a cold call from this company. They sent a surveyor to her house the next day and had her agreeing to expensive and unnecessary products to be installed the next day,claiming she had damp and insulation issues.
Thankfully I was able to intervene before the work commenced and had an independent survey done, which contradicted the survey from Coastal Prime. I would not recommend this company. They tried to charge my mother over £3600, that my mum declares was a “great deal’ as they had originally quoted over £4500.
Pretty poor of them to prey on the elderly in this way, that’s not how a reputable company would operate.
