It's frustrating that I have to OPT OUT of delivery protection for £10:45, in addition to paying a delivery charge. Who decides this for the customers?! It feels like a scheme to extract money from unsuspecting buyers. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as I'm now anxious about returning the items if the refund process is this slow. Maybe I should contact my credit card provider? I would give zero stars if possible.
