I wouldn't even give this service one star! Unfortunately, I had to in order to leave a review. I returned a dress back in October 2025, and I am still waiting for my refund. All I receive are automated emails stating they have a high volume of inquiries and will respond as soon as possible. This is the third email I've sent, and I keep getting the same response. It's unacceptable that they don't communicate properly with their customers. I won't be making another purchase from this seller! Am I ever going to get my refund? I'm feeling doubtful!
It's frustrating that I have to OPT OUT of delivery protection for £10:45, in addition to paying a delivery charge. Who decides this for the customers?! It feels like a scheme to extract money from unsuspecting buyers. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as I'm now anxious about returning the items if the refund process is this slow. Maybe I should contact my credit card provider? I would give zero stars if possible.

I ordered several dresses to try on for my daughter's wedding, but none suited me and the quality didn't meet my expectations for the price. Now, I'm struggling to return them. Customer support is only available via Messenger or WhatsApp, and responses take ages. I have two returns pending, and they're saying they can't cancel one. I emailed the evidence of the damage and received no response after two weeks. The text message responses have been sporadic, and the portal for my refund request doesn't recognize my order number. I'm genuinely worried I've lost over £700 in this process. It's been an incredibly frustrating ordeal that remains unresolved.
I ordered items and the selection was decent, although the sale mostly had clothes in sizes that didn't fit me. The items appear to be good quality and the discount was reasonable. However, I still haven't received my parcel. I placed my order on December 28, and after 7 working days, I'm still waiting.
