Customer support is only available via Messenger or WhatsApp, and responses take ages. I have two returns pending, and they're saying they can't cancel one. I'm hesitant to return the items because then I would be left without money or items, and there's no one to assist me. If I could give zero stars, I would; I won't shop here again.
