I emailed the evidence of the damage and received no response after two weeks. The text message responses have been sporadic, and the portal for my refund request doesn't recognize my order number. I'm genuinely worried I've lost over £700 in this process. It's been an incredibly frustrating ordeal that remains unresolved.
