I ordered 3x 5l tins. One was perfect, one had no colour in it and one wasn’t mixed at all so it had all the colours unmixed at the very bottom(which their mixing stick doesn’t reach). I’ve given 3 stars because they redeemed themselves somewhat with customer service getting the new tins sent out. Plus we also very much love the quality of the paint. However. I’ve removed one star because there was not a single apology for the fact that they messed up, nor that we had a whole day wasted painting something that had no colour in. I’ve removed another star for the mess up in the first place
