HORRIBLE customer service and cheap quality clothing. Asking $100+ for a dress that I could get for $20 at Temu or Shein (and probably even better quality). They sent me the wrong size, nonetheless the dress quality is cheap (very cheap) and they want me to return the dress to China (so is this truly a Canadian company or just is it just a mask to lure customers?) and ONLY give me 20% refund. Can anyone explain how on earth does that work? Cause my head can’t just process this highway robbery. Very disappointing and will be escalating things to the business bureau if they don’t straighten things out.
