My order was placed on Feb 8th, but today is Feb 21st, it still hasnt been sent out or ready to ship yet. I send them an email to ask about it. However, what I get is the reply: "Two items from your order are not available...we sent message but havent got reply yet" and without any SORRY about the inconvenience....The message they were talking about (order is unavailable) was come few minutes before the one they reply us and "4-5" hours after the email that we sent to ask about my order still hasnt shipped. So what do you mean by "havent got reply"?..Are you kidding me? Is it my bad when I sent an email to make sure my order to be shipped? What take you so long to tell us those items are out of order?. What happen if I dont ask about item? The customer service is terrible when they make a lie-evidence to blame on customer.
One more SMALL and very LITTLE problem is when I leave this review, I see items that I ordered still in available status on the website..That's nice huh..:D
