I bought a total of six items, 5 hoodies and 1 t-shirt. The shipment came in two separate packages. The first package contains just one hoodie and it was of high quality and really cute too. It was a great buy. The second package came with the remaining 5 items. There was a hole on the outer package, but none of the items were damaged. The hoodies and t-shirt were all individually wrapped, so they should all be dry, but for some reason, one of the hoodie was damp, to the point that it was wet to the touch. Now, I order online a lot, but I've never ever receive wet merchandise before. Not only was it damp, there were black spots on the front of the white hoodie right on the bear's face. I doubt the spots would even come off after a wash. One more thing worth mentioning, one of the hoodie I received is not as pictured. The picture shows a bunny tail, what I received doesn't have one, but that's minor detail. It's still quite cute without the tail, except that the buttons do not work well, the hoodie just does not button right. There's a see through gap after the hoodie is buttoned up. So out of the lot, I'm only impressed with the one hoodie. The rest is just so so. I'll be a lot more careful if I ever ordered again. And yeah, I waited forever for the items to come. Also when I first placed the order, after a few days I got an email telling me that all of items I order were out of stock except for one, and they told me to pick something else online. I was surprised at that experience.
