so i bought a dress from them that was 975$ canadian plus shipping of 38$. the dress did not look the same to me when they send me a picture to fix the sleeve and I have talked to multiple people and they ignored saying it is the same. then when the dress came, it had multiple rips on the dress on the left breast area as well as below it. it also has ripes where they try to cover it with a different piece and glues which you can tell by touching it. customer service says this is how the dress is made and to send me pieces of cloths where i can paste on the dress. so unprofessional. i am ready to take legal action.
