I have the Cocoon dog feeder. The first time we used it it took forever to set up, which was a red flag right away, we tested it, it worked while we were at home. Now, when it should work, while we were in Melbourne not at our home, we get repetitive ‘failure to feed’ notices and ‘unit is offline’ warnings. I tried to get customer support, but there is NONE on the weekends. So, we thought our dog was at home not being fed! Bloody awful! Anyways he survived. We tried it again for an overnight and found that we had to reregister the unit, it would not connect, just timed out every time, the camera would not engage. For something so ‘innovative’ it needs the bugs sorted out. Not worth the $150 I paid, hopefully, I can get my money back!
