I placed an order on October 31 and still haven't received it. I've reached out to customer service multiple times and was told they would look into it, but I've never received an update. I provided my tracking number and informed them that the shipping company needed more details from the seller regarding the product and its origin. I got a response asking if I had sent that information to them, but I'm not the shipper.
