Returns are advertised as easy, but that's not the case... I cancelled my subscription and attempted to stop the incoming order. The support team was helpful in trying to cancel it, but unfortunately, it was already in the shipping process. The customs fee to send to Barcelona was $68. This reinforces my decision to purchase only domestically made products!
The needle heads and their connection to the ampule are either loose or the needles aren't sufficiently long to penetrate the skin. As a result, too much formula is dispensed when applying to the face, leading to more serum on the surface than being injected. I've undergone three treatments: during the first, only a small amount entered my skin; the second resulted in more serum on my face than injected. I suspected a defective head or improper attachment, but the third treatment had the same issue, with excess serum remaining on my face and neck. Given the price, it feels like a significant amount of serum is being wasted.
I haven't bought from the company yet, but I'm open to trying their products. However, I noticed that a response to a review included a customer's email address. This is illegal and shows a lack of responsibility. I'll consider purchasing once they demonstrate better handling of customer data.

I placed an order on October 31 and still haven't received it. I've reached out to customer service multiple times and was told they would look into it, but I've never received an update. I provided my tracking number and informed them that the shipping company needed more details from the seller regarding the product and its origin. I got a response asking if I had sent that information to them, but I'm not the shipper.
I really love the products, and the discounts during special events are fantastic. However, the delivery cost feels excessive compared to the value of what I'm buying, which makes me order infrequently. These products are the best I've come across, and I look for non-toxic ingredients. They work wonderfully for my skin, and I've tried a variety of products in the past that didn’t disappoint.
