My magsafe ring came free from the wallet after only 2 months of use. They said they would replace it under their "lifetime warranty" but I'd have to pay the $10 processing fee. I figured if the first product failed after 2 months of use why would i pay another $10 for an inferior product that may fail again. And we'd be going the same path again and again! I asked them to stand behind their product before charging people a second time around. I WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR MY NEXT WALLET!!!!
