I honestly had a bit of a problem at first. But the support team got it sorted out and solved it. I bought a wallet bundle that included the simple leather case which was far too small for a fully-loaded aluminum wallet. They helped me with an exchange to include the bi-fold leather cover. Excellent.
My magsafe ring came free from the wallet after only 2 months of use. They said they would replace it under their "lifetime warranty" but I'd have to pay the $10 processing fee. I figured if the first product failed after 2 months of use why would i pay another $10 for an inferior product that may fail again. And we'd be going the same path again and again! I asked them to stand behind their product before charging people a second time around. I WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR MY NEXT WALLET!!!!
Fast service, no questions asked as advertised, the wallet is made of quality materials and will not wear out, even thought it’s covered for life. The customer service is top notch. I have already recommended this wallet to 2 strangers in lines. I’m also a fan of the Fantom MagSafe Wallet, but I think the Code 118 is superior and much easier to flip through the cards to get to the right one. Everything about the experience has been professional and courteous.
The wallet was not delivered and the response was - Thank you for your reply, and I completely understand your frustration. I’m really sorry that this situation has been so disappointing—especially when other packages arrived without issue.
I want to clarify that while we handle the order and fulfillment on our end, the actual shipping and delivery are managed by the carrier. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, we aren’t able to control the carrier’s delivery process or guarantee their handling. We understand it can feel like “we” are the delivery service in this situation, but we rely on the carrier for the physical shipment. My order got messed up from the get-go but these guys stuck with it and made sure everything was right and it may have taken longer than I wanted but they were there to help the whole way and I have to say I do appreciate that it matters quality customer service. The product's nice too but other companies would have just left me flapping in the wind. These guys took care of me
Expect the item to arrive much later than promised. The reason I was provided :was that they were busy over christmas. Expect support NOT to reply to your inquiry. If you place an order by accident, their policy is that it can only be corrected if canceled within 30 minutes. If you cancel within 30 minutes your order will NOT be canceled of you have the same experience as I did and you may recieve it weeks later as I did. When you try to return the item and live outside of the US, you will be asked to pay for shipping .. even though you followed policy and canceled the order within 30 minutes and the error was on the vendors end. Very frustrating. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere.
Sometime ago, I bought a Code18 Wallet. It's been great. The wallet is slim. The cards come out easily, and I don't have a massive bulge in my pocket area. Recently, I bought another wallet for the rest of my cards that didn't fit, and I combined both wallets with the elastic straps. It still beats another wallet that is more bulky. The two wallets together look rather slick.
I am still playing games with code 118 wallets got an email from shane , seems to be the owner saying that he bit off more than he could chew, and he's not answering emails like he wishes he could, he's had to hire more people still playing the same game, not getting my money back, did not order what they sent me. And now they're asking me to send it back, I've asked several times for them to send me a prepaid package. They offered me deals that I could not refuse even after I bought the first wallet, they came back and said I could get another wallet even cheaper. I made that order they sent me a power pack. I looked at the receipt went back in there said I had a time to stop it and it would not allow me to stop it, I did not order The power pack I've spent way too much time playing games with these people and they don't seem to want to help. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.\n Not worth it every time I pull that wallet out of my pocket. I I'm embarrassed To myself.\n I'm a big time bragger. I would've been pulling that wallet out and showing it to everybody, but now I'm embarrassed when I pull it out, have no desire to show it off. All I have a desire for is to get my money back. I have an even big gun. After finally getting the package (delivered internationally), my husband was excited to receive it. We opted for insurance, which helped as we didn’t get it after a month. However, he finds it a bit challenging to use due to his age and dexterity issues. Retrieving a single card is tough, so he ends up pulling them all out, which risks them falling. While it's not the easiest for him, the quality of the design is impressive, and we plan to pass it on.
Please somebody help me get my money back. They're asking me to send them back the power pack they sent me. They want me to pay to send back their trash that they sent me the box was open. The packaging was damaged and the product looked used on top of that I did not order it nor do I want it in the slightest I ordered 2 wallets after being offered a better deal. And that is the exact reason why I was unable to order what I wanted they took control of the site after I ordered my first piece offered me a better price on a second piece I took it seemed like a good deal. Now they want me to pay more money, which I was trying to avoid in the first place, was paying more money. They made the deal a little sweeter.\n And sucked me in sent me the wrong stuff and sent me used stuff. There telling me to send it back, they're telling me it can't be used or damaged. It was damaged and used when I got it. Be careful if anybody knows where else I can go to complain. Please reply. I'm not gonna let go until I get what I asked for.
