I see Heidi at the register frequently and she corrects me when I ask for "a latte with dark chocolate" by asking me if I meant to say "a dark chocolate latte". I don't try to purposely order my drink the wrong way, or the way Heidi likes it to be ordered, I just sometimes add on the dark chocolate at the end. I leave a tip every time, I used to work at a coffee shop and I know how important tips are, and I always say thank you. Even after Heidi has been rude to me at the register, I still leave a tip. But Heidi chooses not to say thank you or even acknowledge the tip and never says thank you to me on behalf of The Coffee Bean. I have gotten to the point where When I walk inside the store and see Heidi at the register I start preparing myself to make sure that my experience won't ruin my cup of coffe.
