ONE STAR - CAUTION - We ordered a wine/bar fridge, but it was never shipped. We were initially promised a refund, but then informed that the management and accounts team were unavailable, and now the contact number leads only to the warehouse. This feels like a total scam. If I ever receive a refund, I will update this review, but no news means no change. The representative on the phone was also very rude and hung up on me.
