Wow! It's going to be hard not to come across as a fake review but I must be honest the after-sales service from Coffee Friend is excellent. I can't remember the last time I felt like that the company had the customer and their reputation to such a high standard. Very Quick to find a solution, They didn't come across like they didn't believe me, they just dealt with the problem. I ordered a coffee machine, it didn't turn up, the same day I sent an email, they sent out another machine then the original one turned up so when the replacement did all I had to do was to reject the delivery. Then coffee friend sent me 3 bags of coffee and a uk plug which I needed.
