Review Time
Ordered a coffee machine on 2nd Jan as it was advertised in stock. On 9 th Jan got e mail saying out of stock so I asked for a refund which was promised. Today is 27 th Jan and still no refund after email asking where it is. No response from this company to date.
I received a beautiful machine for my 50th birthday and it was working perfectly for 2 months until it stopped pouring. After reaching out to the technical support team, exchanging emails, and sharing videos of the issue, I discovered it was actually user error! I've learned that different types of coffee beans can affect the grind and pour, so adjustments are necessary from time to time. However, the service was incredibly quick, friendly, and efficient. Truly exceptional, and it's rare to find such support from vendors these days!

When I followed up, I was told it would arrive when promised, but that date passed without any update. I was advised to be patient, but it did not arrive as expected. It finally showed up on the 23rd, with unexpected stickers. If the delivery would take two weeks, customers should be informed in advance. Thankfully, it wasn't a gift but for my own use. This was a terrible experience. I ordered one item, but received the wrong one. When contacting for a refund, I was instructed to take photos of the packaging and fill out a form, all while incurring a £9.99 return fee. Additionally, the parcel was delivered well past their promised time. If you want a refund, it's a nightmare; they seem to avoid after-sales service. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
