The order arrived yesterday, well-packaged. The coffee machine is excellent and works better than our old one, and I'm pleased with the price. However, the customer service was lacking. I ordered on the 11th, and delivery was promised in 1 to 3 days. Payment was taken quickly, and I received confirmation emails, but no estimated delivery date was provided. After waiting a week, I tried to call but only reached an automated system. I emailed the company and received a quick response, but still no ETA was given. Despite pressing for updates, I was told to be patient as it should arrive soon, which it did not. It finally arrived on the 23rd with unexpected stickers. If delays are expected, customers should be informed in advance. Thankfully, it wasn't a gift. Product: 10. Quality: 10. Packaging: 10. Communication: 3. I would rate communication lower, but they did respond quickly, even if the answers were vague.
