This was a terrible experience. I ordered one item, but received the wrong one. When contacting for a refund, I was instructed to take photos of the packaging and fill out a form, all while incurring a £9.99 return fee. Additionally, the parcel was delivered well past their promised time. If you want a refund, it's a nightmare; they seem to avoid after-sales service. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
