The order arrived yesterday and was well packaged. The coffee machine is fantastic and works better than our previous one, and I'm pleased with the price. However, the customer service was lacking. I placed the order on the 11th, and delivery was promised in 1 to 3 days. My payment was processed swiftly, and confirmation emails were sent, but no ETA was provided. After waiting a week, I tried to call but reached an automated system. I emailed the company and received a quick response, but still no estimated arrival time was given. When I followed up, I was told it would arrive when promised, but that date passed without any update. I was advised to be patient, but it did not arrive as expected. It finally showed up on the 23rd, with unexpected stickers. If the delivery would take two weeks, customers should be informed in advance. Thankfully, it wasn't a gift but for my own use. Product rating: 10. Quality: 10. Packaging: 10. Communication: 3. I would have rated communication a 1, but they did respond quickly, even if the answers were not helpful.
