I ordered a DeLonghi Coffee machine to be delivered to the US without knowing the current and voltage differences between Europe and US; I got an email from their customer service a couple of days later, warning me that there are a couple of differences and that the coffee machine might not work in the US.It takes a LOT of honesty and morals to jeopardise your selling opportunity just to inform the customer. Any other seller would've just sent the machine and got their money.I'm definitely buying from them again
