Frustrating delivery experience

I ordered an espresso machine, and it has been over two weeks since it was supposedly shipped. It hasn't arrived, and the delivery service states they haven't received the package yet. When I reached out via email, the responses from the service were generic and unhelpful. I wouldn't order from here again and can't recommend it to others.

Delivery issues

The company is unable to send the product because it has been over 14 days since it was not properly cataloged in the warehouse. I don’t care about their internal processes. I only received a shipping label that indicates it’s registered but not actually sent. After contacting them, I was only told it’s on its way, and they are trying their best.

Disappointing customer service

I ordered a fairly expensive filter coffee maker, but was disappointed with its appearance. They advertise it as a handmade product, but the use of plastics was not appealing. Adapting to UK standards

I ordered a kitchen appliance online and suspected it might have an EU plug. Upon arrival, they included a permanent adaptor in the box, which made setup simple. I have another appliance with the same adaptor that works perfectly. I registered the warranty but am uncertain about coverage due to the model number. Regardless, I'm pleased with the inclusion of the adaptor.
