As an Australian user on the free version, I found that the app does not work as described. Even free users can set preferences, but after two days, I received matches outside my criteria. When I raised this with customer service, I was told it could take up to two days for preferences to update, which is not mentioned in the FAQs. After four days with no updates, I deleted the app and advise others to avoid it. It seems the app is intentionally misleading.
