Update: very pleased to state that within 12hrs of posting this review, I received a call from Jonathan (the co-founder) who very honestly explained the history, background and reasons for the delay, and outlined the resolution. I’m now expecting the delivery within the next few days, so will reserve judgment on the product, but currently the way the company has responded to the situation deserves to be applauded.

Sadly as many appear to be finding out, delivery is non existent. Placed an order on 3rd March, chased on 15th March, received a standard reply stating it’s facing high demand and then nothing. Still waiting (5th April) for my order to be delivered or for any form of comms from the company
