Coffee was not to my liking, it's more messy, and something I should have realised was the heat of the adapter. Great if you are making one coffee. I burned my finger tips trying to save it from being deposited in the used pod container.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say…these are genuinely the BEST coffee capsules I’ve experienced! I've already convinced two friends to switch to this service. My daughter enjoys them too, and she used to have stomach issues with other coffees, but not with these. The crema and aroma are fantastic…give them a try for yourself!
I placed my first order and was pleased with the delivery time. Upon arrival, I noticed some items were missing, so I reached out via email and social media. Someone responded within a day or so, which I found quite acceptable. They clarified the reasons behind the missing items (warehouse and inventory issues) and promptly provided a new tracking number. I communicated with two representatives who efficiently resolved my concerns, and I truly appreciate their help. Despite the minor setbacks, the coffee capsules I tried were aromatic and delicious, so I would definitely recommend!
I didn’t think I would care this much, but this brand truly surpasses other pod options. I've tried various brands, and they always taste a bit diluted to me. I enjoy a robust coffee (I only drink one in the morning) and this fits the bill perfectly. It's richer and smoother, truly real coffee. I purchased it with a starter kit that had an amazing deal - the thermos is used daily and the nice tin is a bonus. Plus, the price is fantastic. Highly recommend!!
I am extremely disappointed as I have not received anything since placing my order on the 14th of November. After researching, I see that I am not alone in this situation. Despite numerous interactions with the support team and being repeatedly assured that my order would arrive the following week, I am still waiting. Please fulfill the orders you have taken. I am rating this 5 stars to ensure visibility, but will adjust my rating if this issue is resolved.
I had never heard of this company, but they seemed legitimate, so I took a chance - I regret it. I ordered a month ago, and after a couple of weeks with no delivery, I reached out. They informed me of supply issues, and I tried to remain patient. Another week passed with no updates. When I followed up, they claimed the coffee had been dispatched separately from the accessories, promising delivery by the end of the week. The week came and went with nothing. I contacted them again, and they assured me it would arrive on Monday, but that day passed without a delivery. When I reached out again expressing my frustration, I was completely ignored. It feels like either terrible customer service or a scam. Proceed with caution!
THIS IS A SCAM. I have not received anything since I ordered on November 14th, and it seems I’m not alone in this experience. Despite multiple updates from customer service promising delivery 'next week', nothing has arrived. Fulfill the orders you have taken. I’m giving this a 5-star rating to ensure visibility; I will change it if the issue gets resolved.
