I had never heard of this company, but they seemed legitimate, so I took a chance - I regret it. I ordered a month ago, and after a couple of weeks with no delivery, I reached out. They informed me of supply issues, and I tried to remain patient. Another week passed with no updates. When I followed up, they claimed the coffee had been dispatched separately from the accessories, promising delivery by the end of the week. The week came and went with nothing. I contacted them again, and they assured me it would arrive on Monday, but that day passed without a delivery. When I reached out again expressing my frustration, I was completely ignored. It feels like either terrible customer service or a scam. Proceed with caution!
