Someone responded within a day or so, which I found quite acceptable. They clarified the reasons behind the missing items (warehouse and inventory issues) and promptly provided a new tracking number. I communicated with two representatives who efficiently resolved my concerns, and I truly appreciate their help. Despite the minor setbacks, the coffee capsules I tried were aromatic and delicious, so I would definitely recommend!
