Dealing with the company has been a lengthy and frustrating journey. First and foremost, do NOT place an order if you believe it will arrive within the advertised delivery timeframe. I ordered on December 1, expecting delivery in 2-5 days, but after 5 days of no updates, I was met with excuses about a new warehouse. On December 8, I received an email indicating that my shipment would be dispatched immediately, yet UPS only received it on December 17, which is far from the promised 2-5 days. When my package finally arrived, it only included half of what was mentioned in the delivery notice. The only thing they did promptly was charge my account, and that part worked well for them.
